The survey received multiple responses fron the audience. The first question revolved around our target audiences' genre preference. Most of the people went in favor of the comedy genre with 77.8% of the responses in its favor and the thriller genre with 11.1% responses in its favor. This may be a bit discouraging however the second question showed that the questionairre was mostly answered by our core target audience who is mostly happy to explore multiple genres.
The third question was as to how fitting the title 'Dream State' was for a film to which we again received many positive answers with 50% of the audience agreeing to the fact that it is a fitting title for the genre that has been chosen. The next question was about the names of the characters that we have chosen which gave us a clearer idea as to whether we should use these names or not.
Another question was about the techniques that we should use in our opening and most of the audiences responded with Black and white at 66.7% being the most preferred and Pull focus at 11.1% being the lowest. The final question was regarding the treatment and overall idea of the film which again recieved many positive responses from the audience which was encouraging for the group. The questionnaire overall has given us a clearer insight of how to go about making the sequence and to ensure that they meet the audiences' requirements.
